  • 24x7 Monitoring & Reporting from Connecting Point’s Data Center
  • Program includes (3) remote support calls per quarter (30 minute maximum)
  • One scheduled on-site engineering engagement per quarter to discuss system enhancements, engineering changes, etc. (approx 3 hrs)
  • SmartNet Updates & Tracking – Includes SmartNet Report
