Ted Warner is President of Connecting Point of Greeley. The company was established in 1985 and primarily serves the Front Range of Colorado and Southern Wyoming. Connecting Point provides a wide range of services and products to the small and mid-size market. The company specializes in managed services, hosting and cloud services, network integration and unified communications. The cornerstones of the Connecting Point services suite are their 24x7 Help Desk, a local Datacenter and a team of Professional Service engineers.
Ted has been involved in the computer industry since 1976. From 1976 through 1979 Ted worked as a Territory Manager for the Burroughs Corporation. In 1980 he and a partner established Business Computer Services Inc. That company provided software development for mini computers as well as data entry services for small businesses and government. In 1982 Ted began his foray into the PC business. He started Computers West as an Apple only reseller in Sterling, Colorado. That one computer store grew to seven locations throughout the Rocky Mountain region, and eventually all locations took the Connecting Point name. Ted also is the owner of Point Capital Leasing Company. Point Capital provides lease financing and Hardware as a Service financing to technology clients and other managed service providers.
Ted has extensive experience serving on industry councils, and has won a number of industry and local awards.
Ted has a BA in Business Administration from Colorado College. He continues to be active in his local community by being active with the local United Way, North Colorado Medical Center Foundation, Greeley Chamber of Commerce, Christ Community Church, Greeley Country Club, Christian Businesses Men's Committee, and the regional hospital. Ted has been married for 32 years to his wife Sue. They have two children, Andy 28, and Scott 25.
Kyle DeBord
Vice President of Sales
Connecting Point of Greeley
Kyle has been on the Connecting Point team for 24 years, beginning his tenure in 1986. DeBord has always functioned on the sales side of the business and served on the account management team until 1997. Kyle became the branch manager of Rocky Mountain Technology Solutions (a Branch of Connecting Point Greeley) in Fort Collins from 1997 to 2001. He became the VP of Sales for Connecting Point in 2003 and is functioning in that capacity today. Kyle is also a minority owner of Point Capital Leasing Company. Point Capital provides lease financing and Hardware as a Service financing to technology clients and other managed service providers.

Kyle has a Bachelor of Science degree from Denver University, where he graduated in 1985. He has four wonderful daughters and has been married to his wife Joni for 20 years.
Ken Sponsler
Vice President of Services
Connecting Point of Greeley
Ken has been involved with computers and their applications since 1970, utilizing and working on a mainframe while in High School. He was employed by the US Government in many roles, including computer security and programming. Throughout his working career, which dates back to the mid 1970’s, he has been extremely active in the management and leadership of teams to accomplish specific goals. Ken has also served as a police officer in California and as a district manager for a major retail chain.
Sponsler came to Connecting Point in 1998 as a computer engineer and was promoted to his current position of VP of Service in 2000. Ken has successfully assisted in the transition of Connecting Point from a product oriented computer reseller to a managed service provider.
Ken is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Business Administration through Western Governor’s University and is active in the community. Ken has been married to his wife, Meggan, for four years. He has one son, Josh, 35 years old.
