New Director of Services

Connecting Point is proud to announce the promotion of Geoff Anderson to the position of Director of Services for Connecting Point.  Geoff will work alongside Ken Sponsler, the VP of Services, to provide leadership and direction to our entire Service Team through implementation and testing of new service offerings & products, training of new personnel, and recommendation of actions required and/or needed for service improvement. 

He will supervise the Pro Services and Help Desk areas to ensure optimization of service resources and scheduling, while making sure that service tickets and issues are being resolved efficiently.  He will also be responsible for closely monitoring client satisfaction.  Geoff is passionate about service improvement and has many good ideas on how to move the Connecting Point service delivery model to higher levels of efficiency.
